Requests to have service transferred must be made in person at the Opelika City Hall. As with new customers, you will need to provide us with proof of identification. Rental customers will need to provide us with a current lease. The account balance must be paid in full. If your deposit amounts are not current, you will be required to update those to the current amount for electric and refuse services. There is a $15.00 transfer free.
