Industrial Park Sites
Opelika has four industrial parks including two public sector developments and two private sector parks. The Opelika Industrial Development Authority owns the 300 acre Fox Run Business Park and the 1,900 acre Northeast Opelika Industrial Park. Orr Industrial Park and the Davis Industrial Park are both privately held industrial properties.
Northeast Opelika Industrial Park - Located along Interstate 85, the 1,900 acre Northeast Opelika Industrial Park is fully developed with all utilities within the park. The park has excellent ingress and egress to the interstate with an interchange that directly serves the park at exit 66.
Fox Run Business Park - Fox Run is a 300 acre mixed use development served directly by U.S. Highway 431, with access to Interstate 85 roughly 1 mile away at Exit 62.
