Site Report – 4/23/09 – Sportsplex 
Project Status; 
The gymnasium wood floor was being sanded today.  The wood flooring in the Aerobics Room was being installed.   
Painters were spray painting the ornamental handrail at the stairs located in the main lobby.  Electricians continue to install light fixtures  in the framing for the ceiling at the main entrance into the lobby.   
The recessed foot wipe off mat frame was installed in the concrete floor slab at the exterior entrance into the Adult Activities Center.  The exposed structural steel in the pool building was being wiped clean in preparation for the finish coats of paint to be applied to all exposed surfaces. 
The sidewalk along the east side of the main building was poured and finished today.  Additional sections of sidewalk were being graded in preparation for the forms to be installed on the west side of the main building.
The site work contractor for the softball fields continues cutting and filling.  Concrete storm pipe which has been laid to the headwall at sediment beam “A” is being backfilled. 
The contractor for the maintenance building is modifying the reinforcing steel in the footings to comply with the latest approved shop drawings.  The sprinkler risers and flow alarms for the entire building are installed.
